産婦人科さんふじんかで「妊娠にんしん」がわかったら、すんでいるばしょの役所やくしょでもらうものがあります。

COVID-19のため、ゆうびんでもできるばあいがあります。

さきに　ほーむぺーじなどで　かくにんしましょう。

また、あかちゃんをうんだ後あとに仕事しごとをする人は、役所やくしょに行いく時ときに

ほいく園えん、子こども園えん、ようち園えんの資料しりょうも　もらうのがおすすめです。

役所やくしょになにをもっていく？

だいたいの場合ばあい、身分証明証みぶんしょうめいしょうや保険証ほけんしょうが必要ひつようですが、

役所やくしょによってちがいます。

いくまえにほーむぺーじなどでかくにんしましょう。

もらうもの 

1.  ぼしてちょう

妊娠中にんしんちゅうは

• 妊婦検診にんぷけんしんのきろく
• あかちゃんが　うまれたときのおおきさなど

うまれたあとは

• 予防接種よぼうせっしゅのこと
• 健康診断けんこうしんだんのきろく　　　　　　　　　　

をかく大切たいせつなものです。 動画どうがも見みてくださいね。どんなときにつかうのかがわかります。

2.  けんしんほじょけん

お金かねのほじょけんです。

妊娠中にんしんちゅうのけんしんや、あかちゃんをうむときにつかえます。

役所やくしょに住民登録じゅうみんとうろくが　あるひとが　もらえます。

お金かねの大部分だいぶぶんをかばーできることがおおいです。

3.  またにてぃまーく

またにてぃまーくの　きーほるだーを　くれる　役所やくしょもあります。
（電車でんしゃの駅えきでももらえます。）

妊娠にんしんしていることをほかのひとにしらせるためにつけます。

妊娠にんしんしたばかりはお腹なかも目立めだちません。

でも、これをつけていれば、せきをゆずってもらいやすくなります。

またにてぃまーくを　つけていて、いやがらせにあったひとも　います。

かなしいことです。

じぇらしーや、妊娠にんしんは病気びょうきではないのに、という理由りゆうなどです。

こうしたいやがらせは少すくないです。
でも、つけるまえに、ぱーとなーとはなしあって　くださいね。

After your pregnancy is confirmed at the gynecology,

you need to visit your local government to receive below items.  

You will need ID card, and requirements differ by local governments.

Check in advance on their website or by phone.

If you are planning to get back to work after the delivery, 

it is nice to check and get some documents about Hoikuen,

Kodomoen and Youchien on your visit to the local government.

You Will Receive:
1. "Boshi-techo" (Mom and Baby Record Book)

Some local governments offer them in foreign languages.  

In this Boshi-techo, you will record;

• Medical records of your baby and yourself
• Birth weight and height, details of your baby
• Vaccination records of your baby
• Medical check of your baby

2. "Kenshin-hojoken" (Subsidy tickets) 

The tickets can be used for payment of medical services and delivery
at the gynecologist.

You need to be registered as a citizen to receive this subsidy tickets. 

They cover most of the costs depending on conditions of mom and baby.
Ask for details at your local government.

3. "Maternity mark"

Some local governments provide "Maternity mark" keychains.
(They are available at many of train stations as well.)

In town and on trains, these can inform others that you are pregnant

and you may need assistance.

Unfortunately, it has been reported that some women experienced

harrassments due to this maternity mark!
Some happened because of jealousy, and some happened saying
that pregnancy is not a disease therefore there is no need to give

priviledges to expecting women. 

These are rare and sad (and crazy) cases, however, please be aware

and discuss with your partner before you wear.
